| Cranberry Salad 6
1 can of whole cranberries 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 pint of cream, whipped 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple, drained 3/4 cup of walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Freeze cranberries and lemon juice until mushy. Mix all together and freeze in ice trays; slice and serve with leaf of lettuce.
OPTIONAL: Freeze in juice cans to make it look like candles. Great for Thanksgiving.
