| Cranberry Tuna Salad
2 cups of tuna 2 eggs, hard-boiled 1/2 cup of chopped, stuffed olives 1 package of Knox gelatin, dissolved 1 cup of celery, diced 1 tablespoon of onion, chopped fine 1 cup of salad dressing 1/4 cup of cold water
Add 1/2 cup hot water to gelatin. Mix all ingredients and let set 20 minutes.
CRANBERRY TOP:
Beat 1 can cranberry jelly until liquid. Add 1 package lemon Jello dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Pour over tuna mixture.
