| Cranberry Jelly
1 quart of cranberry juice cocktail one 6 ounce bottle of Certo 4 cups of sugar 1/4 cup of lemon juice |

Combine cranberry juice and Certo in a large heavy sauce pan. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Stir in sugar and return to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add lemon juice. Skim off foam and pour into sterilized jars. Seal at once.
