Delightful Mayonnaise













Delightful Mayonnaise

1 egg
2 cups of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of hot water

Chill oil and lemon juice. Beat egg well in mixer or blender. While continuing to beat, slowly add oil, using a thin, slow stream. Beat in salt, sugar, water and lemon juice.
