1 pound of confectioners sugar, unsifted 2 tablespoons of water 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup (white Karo) 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine, softened 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1/4 teaspoon of salt Pinch of cream of tartar 1 1/2 cup of coconut |

Combine confectioners sugar, water, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, salt and cream of tartar. Mix thoroughly. Mixture will be slightly crumbly. Add coconut mixture until smooth. Shape mixture into one large egg, or two smaller ones, or bite size. Cover eggs with chocolate coating. They can be frozen.
