| Easter Eggs 8
1/4 pound of butter 2 package of regular vanilla pudding mix 1/2 cup of milk 1 pound of confectioners sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla
COATING: one 12 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate bits 1/4 slab paraffin |

Melt butter - add pudding stirring until blended. Add milk and stir well over low heat. Bring to a boil, boil for two (2) minutes, all the while stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth. When cool shape into "eggs". Chill very cold.
Coating: Melt and mix the two ingredients. Dip "eggs" into coating. Chill to set. These "eggs" can be "filled" by adding your favorite add-in.
Nuts: very finely ground or chopped; coconut; candied fruit or raisins.
