| Apple Pie
1/2 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of flour 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 2 tablespoons of butter Apples to fill shell or 1 can of pie sliced apples Dough for 2 crusts |

Combine and mix sugars, flour, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place sliced apples in unbaked shell, pour dry mixture over apples. Place pats of butter on top and cover with top layer of dough. Make several slits in dough. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 - 40 minutes.
