| Chocolate Bourbon Pie
1 stick of butter, melted 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of light corn syrup 4 eggs, beaten 1 - 3 tablespoons of bourbon, optional one 6 ounce bag of chocolate morsels 1 cup of chopped pecans 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell Whipped cream or frozen topping
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream. Mix well and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 - 45 minutes or until firm. Serve warm with whipped cream. Yield 1 pie
