Melt the chocolate morsels over hot water and blend with milk and sugar. Cool. Add egg yolks and vanilla and beat well. Add stiffly beaten egg white, folding carefully into chocolate mixture. Spoon into baked pie shell. Chill several hours. Top with sweetened whipped cream. Serves 6
