| Impossible Pie
1/2 cup of bisquick 1/2 cup of sugar 4 eggs 2 cups of milk one 4 ounce can of coconut 1 teaspoon of vanilla 3 tablespoons of butter
Put everything in a blender. Mix well. Pour into a well buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake until custard sets. 400ºF. oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
