| Pumpkin Pie
2 eggs, slightly beaten one 1 pound can of pumpkin 3/4 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of ginger 1/4 teaspoon of cloves one 13 ounce can of evaporated milk one 9 inch unbaked pie crust
Beat the eggs just until mixed. Add pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Add milk. Pour into pie shell and bake in a hot 425ºF. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350ºF. and continue baking for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
