| Holiday Relish
one 2 pound bag of cranberries 3 oranges 2 apples 1 can pineapple (medium size) 2 cups of sugar
Grind all together in food chopper (after removing seeds and core). Leave skins on fruit. Cranberries grind easier when frozen. Flavor is greatly improved if allowed to set in refrigerator a week or so, and can be made ahead for Thanksgiving or Christmas meals.
