Thanksgiving Salad









Thanksgiving Salad

one 14 ounce can of Eagle Brand milk
1/4 cup of lemon juice
one 16 ounce can of whole cranberry sauce
one 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
one 9 ounce Cool Whip

Blend Eagle Brand and lemon juice. Stir in cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, pecans and Cool Whip. Freeze mixture. Remove 10 minutes before serving.

Thanksgiving Salad

1 quart of cranberries
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of nuts
1 orange, peeled
2 small packages of red Jell-O
3 cups of hot water
1 cup of  chopped celery
1 apple

Grind cranberries, nuts, orange and apple. Mix and dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Stir in other ingredients. Chill.
