12 cups of buttercrunch or Boston lettuce (about 4 heads) 1 pint of cherry tomatoes 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings 1/2 cup of sliced black olives Crunchy Croutons
Place the lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes, onion, and black olives, and toss to mix. Arrange the Crunchy Croutons over the top. Serve with Blue cheese Dressing. |
