| Christmas Salad
1 can cherry pie filling
1 large Cool Whip
1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup of pecans, chopped
Fold all ingredients together and serve.
Christmas Salad
1 package of cherry gelatin
1 package of lime gelatin
1 small can of can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large package of miniature marshmallows
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1/2 pint of whipping cream or 8 ounces of Cool Whip
Prepare lime gelatin according to package directions and pour into a 9 x 12 inch pan, stir in drained pineapple and chill until firm. Prepare cherry gelatin and cool.
Pour over lime gelatin and chill.
Melt cheese and marshmallows over hot water. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and put on top of gelatin. Chill. Chopped nuts may be used on top. Can be made ahead for holidays.
