| Crab Cobb Salad
12 cups of washed & torn romaine lettuce 2 cans (6 ounces each) of crabmeat, drained 2 cups of diced ripe tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup ( 1 1/2 ounces) of crumbled blue or Gorgonzola cheese 1/4 cup of cholesterol free bacon bits 3/4 cup of fat free Italian or Caesar salad dressing |

Cover a large serving platter with lettuce. Arrange crabmeat, tomatoes, blue cheese and bacon bits attractively over lettuce. Just before serving drizzle dressing evenly over salad, toss well. Transfer to 8 chilled serving plates, sprinkle with pepper to taste. 8 servings
