| Cranberry Jell-O Salad
1 package of fresh cranberries 2 cups of sugar 2 small boxes of strawberry Jell-O 1 cup of boiling water 1-2 large apples, finely diced 1/2 cup of chopped pecans 1/2 cup of finely diced celery one 15 ounce can crushed pineapple
Grind cranberries, cover with sugar; mix well and let stand. Mix Jell-O with cup of boiling water; stir until dissolved and let cool. Let it begin to jell.
Combine cranberry mixture, apples, pecans, celery and pineapple including juice. Add to Jell-O. Pour mixture into a large Jell-O mold. Refrigerate until set or overnight.
Note: A Bundt pan works great. This is a good dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinners.
