| Fresh Cranberry Salad
2 cups of fresh cranberries 1 cup of sugar one 16 ounce can of pineapple tidbits 2 cups of red pitted grapes 3/4 cup of chopped nuts 1 cup of heavy whipping cream |

Freeze cranberries and grind. Mix with sugar and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Put in strainer and drain off juice. Combine with strained pineapple. Cut grapes in half and remove seeds. Mix with cranberries, pineapple and add nuts. Whip cream until stiff and add to above. Chill and serve. (Great for Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner.)

1 box of fresh cranberries 1 1/2 cup of water 1 cup of sugar 2 boxes of lemon Jell-O 1 cup of boiling water 1 or 2 apples, diced (do not peel) 2 oranges, peeled & diced 1 small can of crushed pineapple 1 cup of chopped pecans
Remove stems from cranberries. Cook over medium-low heat with about 1 1/2 cups water until cranberries "pop". Combine Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water. Remove from heat. Dissolve sugar with this mixture. Add to fruit and nut mixture. Chill. Great for Thanksgiving.
Fresh Cranberry Salad 3
1 box of fresh cranberries 1 Delicious apple 1 orange 2 cups of sugar 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Grind all fruit (with leaving peeling on apple and orange). Add sugar, nuts; mix well together. Chill. Very good for Thanksgiving or Christmas meal.
Fresh Cranberry Salad 4
1 cup of chopped fresh cranberries 1 cup of sugar 3 packages of orange Jell-O (sm.) 3 cups of boiling water 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 cup of chopped nuts 1 can crushed pineapple (lg.)
Chop cranberries and cover with sugar. Let stand one hour. Dissolve Jell-O in water, add lemon juice, nuts, pineapple (do not drain) and cranberries. Pour in large Pyrex dish and congeal. Good at Thanksgiving.
