| Golden Sunshine Salad
one 3 ounce package of orange Jell-O one 3 ounce package of lemon Jell-O 2 cups of hot water 1 1/2 cup of cold water
Refrigerate. 1 large can of crushed pineapple (reserve 1 cup of juice) 4 bananas 40 marshmallows (tiny ones)
When Jell-O thickens add above ingredients. Let set.
TOPPING: 1 well beaten egg 2 tablespoons of flour 2 tablespoons of oleo 1/2 cup of sugar 1 cup of pineapple juice
Cook until thick. Let cool. Take 1 pint Cool Whip and add to above and spread over Jell-O salad. This is our Thanksgiving salad and the kids love it.
