Wine Jelly














Wine Jelly

2 cups of Burgandy or Rose
3 cups of sugar
3 ounces of Certo

Place wine and sugar in top of double broiler. Cook over simmering heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add 3 ounces of Certo (6 tablespoons). Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes a great gift.
