| Lamb Loin Chops w/Herb Butter
1/4 cup of butter or margarine, melted 1/2 teaspoon of dried whole thyme eight 1 inch thick lamb loin chops salt and pepper to taste |

Combine the butter and thyme in a small mixing bowl, stir well. Set aside. Place chops on grill over medium coals. Grill 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and brush with butter mixture. Serve immediately. 4 servings |
