Rolled Lamb Chops

Rolled Lamb Chops 4 loin lamb chops, 1 inch thick Salt and pepper to taste 4 slices of American cheese 4 slices of Bermuda onion 8 tablespoons of sour cream Wrap end of each chop around thick part to form flat round patty, fasten with toothpicks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, place chops in shallow baking pan. Place 1 cheese slice, 1 onion slice and 2 tablespoons of sour cream on each chop. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Yield 4 servings
