| Rolled Lamb Chops
4 loin lamb chops, 1 inch thick Salt and pepper to taste 4 slices of American cheese 4 slices of Bermuda onion 8 tablespoons of sour cream |

Wrap end of each chop around thick part to form flat round patty, fasten with toothpicks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, place chops in shallow baking pan. Place 1 cheese slice, 1 onion slice and 2 tablespoons of sour cream on each chop. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Yield 4 servings
