1 1/2 pound of ground lamb 1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs 1/4 cup of chopped onion 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 tablespoon of capers 1 tablespoon of shorteneing 1/3 cup of mint jelly
Combine the lamb, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, paprika and capers, blend well. Shape into 6 patties 1 inch thick, brown in shortening. Spread jelly over patties. Cover and simmer for 20 -30 minutes or until done. Yield 6 servings
