Diet Applesauce Bread

1 slice of whole wheat bread
1/3 cup of dry milk powder
3 teaspoons of brown sugar substitute
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of orange rind
1/2 teaspoon of butter extract
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg
4 ounces of unsweetened applesauce

Crumble bread and add dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine egg, butter extract, and applesauce. Combine the two and mix until smooth. Bake in a 2 x 4 inch loaf pan at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes.
