Low Calorie Chicken Rosemary

Low Calorie Chicken Rosemary 

one 3- 4 pound  fryer
Rosemary to taste
1/2 small onion; quartered
Celery leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

In a large pan, place washed chicken. Sprinkle cavity and outside generously with dry rosemary, salt and pepper. Add onion and celery leaves to cavity.
Bake at 325ºF. to 350ºF.  for 1-3/4 hours until done. Calories: 185 to 245 per serving. Yield: 8 servings. LOW CALORIE LIZ BURKS (MRS. LARRY W.)
