Low Calorie Cottage Cheese Salad

1 container of Cool Whip or 2 pkg. Dream Whip, mixed
1 large box of orange Jell-O
one 2 pound carton of low fat cottage cheese
1 can of unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

Sprinkle dry Jell-O over whipped topping and mix. Add cottage cheese and stir. Add drained pineapple. Let set in refrigerator an hour, if desired, but may be eaten immediately.
