2 tablespoons of margarine or butter 4 medium onions, peeled and thinly sliced 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
In a large frying pan, melt margarine, add onions and salt; sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until transparent and golden brown. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. 4 servings |
