| Italian Party Meatballs (1.5 Pts)
1 pound of ground beef 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese 1/2 cup of dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning crushed 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 egg slightly beaten 1 cup of spaghetti sauce pretzel sticks if desired |

Instructions 1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup spaghetti sauce and the pretzel sticks.
2. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased jelly roll pan, 151/2X10 1/2 X 1 inch.
3. Bake about 12 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in center and juice is clear; drain well.
4. Meanwhile, heat 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until hot. To serve, spear meatballs with pretzel sticks and dip into spaghetti sauce.
Makes about 40 meatballs.
