Yogurt and Pumpkin Bread  2

1 pound loaf
 
1 1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast
2 cups of bread flour
2 tablespoons of wheat germ
2 tablespoons of powdered milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of canned pumpkin
1/4 cup of plain yogurt
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
1/4 cup of raisins

Add all ingredients except pecans and raisins in order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on basic bread cycle according to manufacturers directions.
