| Bean & Celery Salad
1 can of 1 package of frozen green beans 4 stalks of celery 1 small onion 4 ripe olives 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk 1 teaspoon of vinegar 1 teaspoon of sugar garlic salt

Drain the canned green beans (cook frozen) and slice celery in 1 inch slices, enough to make 2 cups. Chop the onion fine. Slice the olives. Mix together in salad bowl. Mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss gently. Let stand for several hours in refrigerator before serving. Serves 4
