| Caesar Salad 2
1 clove garlic 4 tablespoons of olive oil 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar 1/8 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder 1 teaspoon of sugar pepper to taste 1 bunch of romaine lettuce, washed 1 egg beaten
Rub the salad bowl with garlic clove, add olive oil, vinegar and seasonings. Stir around, then add romaine torn into medium size pieces. Stir some more. Now add the egg and stir with salad fork and spoon. Serves 8
