Low Cal Garden Fresh salad

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 teaspoon of sweet n Low (2 packets)
3/4 cup of boiling water
1 cup of tomato juice
2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice
a dash of hot pepper sauce
1 cup of chopped  celery, cucumber or green pepper
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion

In a medium bowl, mix gelatin with sweetener. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in tomato juice, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in vegetables. Turn into 3 cup mold or bowl and chill until firm. Makes 6 servings 35 calories
