| Oriental Chicken Salad 1
1 1/2 cans of chow mein noodles 1 head lettuce, shredded 7 chicken breasts, cut up 2 medium carrots, shredded 2 cups of sliced green onions, with tops 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients. Pour dressing over and toss. |

Ginger Dressing: 1/3 cup of vegetable oil 1/4 cup of white vinegar 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 teaspoons of soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
