| Oriental Shrimp Salad
2 cups of cooked rice 1/2 tablespoons of instant mixed onion 1 cup of French dressing, well seasoned 1 pound of shrimp, cooked and peeled 4 hard cooked eggs 1 tablespoon of capers 1/4 cup of sweet pickles, chopped 2 tablespoons of catsup Lettuce |

To the cooked rice and onion, add 1/2 cup of the French dressing, the shrimp, 2 of the hard cooked eggs, chopped, and the capers. Toss lightly and chill. Line individual salad bowls with lettuce. Fill with chilled salad. Garnish with chopped pickle and remaining 2 eggs, sliced. Serve with dressing made of remaining 1/2 cup of French dressing and catsup. Serves 6
