Pineapple Sweet Relish

Pineapple Sweet Relish

two 6 1/2 ounce packages of lemon Jell-O
2 quarts of water or pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups of sweet relish
3 /12 cups or 29 ounces of crushed pineapple
lettuce
mayonnaise

Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water or pineapple juice. Add relish to drained pineapple. Add to Jell-O when it begins to set. Chill. Serve on lettuce and garnish with mayonnaise. Serves 25
