| Chicken Salad
3 cups of cubed cooked chicken 1 1/2 cup of diced celery 1 teaspoon of salt 3 hard cooked eggs, quartered 3 sweet pickles, chopped Mayonnaise

| Combine the chicken, celery, salt, eggs and pickles, moisten with mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce, garnish with additional egg slices and olives. Yields 6 servings
