1/3 cup of French dressing 2/3 cup of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 1/2 cup of diced cooked chicken 1 cup of sliced green seedless grapes 1 cup of diced celery 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts 3 cups of cooked, cold rice |

Combine the French dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mix well. Combine the chicken, grapes, celery and walnuts, stir in mayonnaise mixture. Add rice and mix lightly with fork. Chill for 2 hours. Serve on lettuce. yields 4 -6 servings
