2 cups of chopped cooked chicken 2 cups of thinly sliced celery 1/2 cup of chopped toasted almonds 2 teaspoons of grated onion 1 teaspoon of salt 3/4 cup of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 cup of grated cheese 1 cup of chopped mushrooms 1 cup of finely crushed potato chips
Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Pile lightly in long casserole dish or pan, sprinkle with potato chips, Bake at 425ºF. for 15 minutes. Yield 6-8 servings
