| Baked Chicken Salad
2 cups of chopped cooked chicken 2 cups of thinly sliced celery 1/2 cup of chopped toasted almonds 2 teaspoons of grated onion 1 teaspoon of salt 3/4 cup of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 cup of grated cheese 1 cup of chopped mushrooms 1 cup of finely crushed potato chips |
| Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Pile lightly in long casserole dish or pan, sprinkle with potato chips, Bake at 425ºF. for 15 minutes. Yield 6-8 servings
