| Oven Turkey Salad
2 cups of diced, cooked turkey 1 cup of chopped celery 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of chopped onion 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 cup of slivered almonds, optional 2 cups of toasted bread crumbs 1/2 cup of grated cheese
Combine the turkey, celery, salt, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, almonds and half of bread crumbs, blend well. Pile into baking dish. Mix cheese and remaining bread crumbs; sprinkle over the meat mixture. Bake at 375ºF. for 20 minutes until mixture bubbles and cheese melts. Serve warm. Yields 6 servings
