| Oven Turkey Salad
2 cups of diced, cooked turkey 1 cup of chopped celery 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of chopped onion 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 cup of slivered almonds, optional 2 cups of toasted bread crumbs 1/2 cup of grated cheese |

Combine the turkey, celery, salt, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, almonds and half of bread crumbs, blend well. Pile into baking dish. Mix cheese and remaining bread crumbs; sprinkle over the meat mixture. Bake at 375ºF. for 20 minutes until mixture bubbles and cheese melts. Serve warm. Yields 6 servings
