| Seafood Salad
1/2 small cabbage ( about 1 pound), washed and pulled apart 1 small onion, peeled and sliced 4 tablespoons of sweet pickles, finely chopped 1 cup of mayonnaise 3 tablespoons of sugar 12 fish sticks 12 popcorn shrimp |

Combine the cabbage, onion and pickles and chop until fine, using a hand chopped. Mix the mayonnaise and sugar and add to cabbage salad. fry fish sticks and shrimp until golden brown, drain on paper towels. Cut six fish sticks and six shrimp into chunks. Mix into cabbage salad. Place in serving bowl. Place remaining fish sticks and shrimp on top.
