| Sour Cream Slaw
1 head of cabbage 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 2 tablespoons of minced scallion 2 tablespoons of grated carrot 2 tablespoons of minced green pepper 1 cup of sour cream 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar |

Chop the slaw to make 3 cups. Add salt, pepper, scallions, carrots and green pepper. Combine sour cream, sugar and vinegar and mix with slaw about ten minutes before serving.
