Super Ambrosia Mold
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin 1/2 teaspoon of Sweet n Low (2 packets) 1 cup of orange juice, heated to boiling 1 cup of orange juice 1 cup of water 1 medium grapefruit, chopped 1 medium orange, chopped 1 medium banana, thinly sliced 1/4 cup of flaked coconut 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
In a large now, mix gelatin with sweetener. add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold juice and water. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into 6 cup mold and chill until firm. Makes 8 servings 98 calories
