| Yum Yum Salad
one 3 ounce package of lime gelatin one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 1 cup of boiling water 1 cup of whipping cream or 1 package of whipped topping mix, prepared 1 small can of crushed pineapple 1/2 cup of chopped pecans toasted coconut |
| Place gelatin, hot water and cream cheese in pan and stir over low heat until cheese is blended well into mixture. Remove from heat, add crushed pineapple and pecans. Place in refrigerator until it begins to thicken. Add whipped cream and let set until firm. Sprinkle with toasted coconut before serving.
