| Broiled Scallops 2
1 quart of scallops Fine bread crumbs 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup of melted butter 2 tablespoons of dry mustard 6 drops of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of water |

Wash the scallops and drain thoroughly. Dip in crumbs. Dip in the eggs, then in crumbs again. Place in a baking dish and pour half the butter over scallops. Arrange the bacon strips on scallops. Broil for about 6 minutes or until bacon is partially done. Turn the bacon and broil for about 6 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp. Mix the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and water in a saucepan until mustard is dissolved. Add the remaining butter and heat through. Serve with scallops.
