Broiled Flounder
| Broiled Flounder
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted four 4 - 6 ounce flounder filets 2 teaspoons of Fish & Seafood Seasoning Blend Lemon wedges
Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil, lightly brush foil with a small amount of butter. Arrange fillets in prepared pan. Brush fillets with remaining butter and sprinkle with Fish & Seafood seasoning Blend. Broil 5 inches from heat or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges. Yield 4 servings
Fish & Seafood Seasoning Blend: 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of dried whole parsley 3 tablespoons of dried whole dillweed 3 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning 4 bay leaves, crumbled or 1/2 teaspoon of ground bay leaves
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Yield 1/2 cup
