Crab Meat Remick

1pound of lump crabmeat
6 strips of crisp bacon
1 scant teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of celery salt
1/2 teaspoon of tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup of chili sauce

Divide crab meat into 6 portions and pile into individual ramekins. Heat to 350ºF. for 10 - 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with strips of crisp bacon, can be crumbled. Blend together well, mustard, paprika, celery salt, vinegar, mayonnaise, Tabasco and chili sauce. Spread the warm crab meat with this sauce and put under broiler, about 6 inches away and glaze.
