| Deviled Crab 5
2 cups of milk 2 tablespoons of flour 1/2 stick of butter Salt and pepper to taste 1 pound of regular crab meat 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of salad oil Cracker meal
Make cream sauce with milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper. Cool. Pick through the crab meat to remove any shell. Mix crab meat with eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and salad oil. Then mix in cream sauce. Spoon into shells or greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cracker meal. Bake in hot 400ºF. oven until brown.
