one 10 1/2 ounce can of cream of celery soup one 4 1/2 ounce can of mushrooms, drained 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 pound of crab meat 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 6 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Combine the soup, mushrooms and milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add the crab meat and lemon juice. Place in individual shells, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400ºF. for 10 minutes. Note: May be served over toast after adding crab meat. Yields 6 servings
