| Tangier Island Crab Cakes
2 slices of bread
1 teaspoon of seafood seasoning
1 pound of crab meat
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
2 eggs |

Soak the bread in water, squeeze out excess moisture. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape into 6 - 8 cakes. Fry in a small amount of shortening until browned. Yields 6 -8 servings
