1 pound of crab meat 2 tablespoons of flour 3 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoon of horseradish 1 teaspoon of salt 2 eggs 1 cup of milk 1 cup of medium sharp grated cheese 1 tablespoon of parsley 1 tablespoon of lemon juice buttered bread crumbs |

Combine all ingredients except crumbs, mining well. Pour into greased casserole, top with crumbs. Bake at 400ºF. for 30 minutes. Yield 8 servings
